Gate Instructions for Linda Lakes

Homeowners, the Gates of Linda Lakes are closed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.  You may use a remote, a phone number, or a personalized and confidential four-digit code to enter.  Guests may find your name or your three-digit directory code and hit the “CALL” button to reach you by phone.  Please save the gate phone number 904.307.7058 as a contact so you don’t miss their call.  When you answer, please enter #9 to give your guest access.  For deliveries, please make sure the driver knows your name in the directory to avoid them calling someone else. 

If you are experiencing issues with your remote opening the gate, please verify the RED light is bright and constant.  If it is dim or not on at all, please replace the battery in your remote.  These may be purchased at most hardware stores.  After battery replacement, should your remote still not work or should you have any other gate access concerns, please contact The CAM Team at LindaLakes@TheCAMTeam.com or 904.278.2338 and someone will be happy to assist you.
